We are looking for a visionary and driven Head of Sales to lead our global sales operations, accelerate our revenue growth, and expand our footprint in key international markets (US, Canada, UK).
Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will be the driving force behind ZFORT Group’s revenue growth. You will be responsible for designing and executing global sales strategies, managing and scaling the sales team, and directly engaging with clients. The ideal candidate has a deep background in IT outsourcing and custom software development sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with Zfort Group’s revenue and growth objectives
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of SDRs and Leadgen Specialists. Establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales pipeline. Forecast revenue, ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
- Key Account Management: Lead complex negotiations, close high-value contracts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine the sales process, playbook, and methodologies. Oversee the effective use of CRM tools to track performance, analyze data, and identify areas for efficiency improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing department to align inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. Collaborate with Delivery and Pre-sales engineering teams to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth client onboarding
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Zfort Group competitively in the market
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, specifically within the IT outsourcing, custom software development, or IT consulting sectors
- Track Record: Documented success in building, scaling, and managing sales teams that consistently hit or exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Market Expertise: Extensive experience selling B2B technology services to clients in the US, Canada, or UK
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern software development life cycles (SDLC), tech stacks, and emerging technologies to speak credibly with technical founders and CTOs
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities. Capable of inspiring a team while holding them accountable to data-driven metrics
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
