We are looking for a Technical QA Engineer who combines manual QA skills with a technical background. This role sits at the intersection of QA, support, and delivery. You will work closely with developers and client teams, handle support requests, and go beyond answering questions by investigating, reproducing, and implementing requests or improvements when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of web applications;
- Act as a support, handling incoming requests and issues;
- Communicate directly with the client’s team in written English (email, chats);
- Collaborate with developers on root-cause analysis and validation of fixes;
- When possible, implement solutions, configurations, or fixes rather than only escalating issues;
- Understand system behavior well enough to investigate issues beyond surface symptoms;
- Systematize recurring requests, issues, fixes, and workflows into reusable docs.
Required skills & experience:
- Strong experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
- Technical background, including basic scripting or programming skills;
- Good written English communication skills (clear, structured, professional);
- Experience working directly with client teams;
- Comfortable working in a support-oriented role;
- Attention to detail and ownership of results.
Nice to have:
- Experience with test automation tools (any modern framework is acceptable);
- Background in support, business analysis;
- Experience building or maintaining structured documentation;
