Key Responsibilities:
- Search for potential candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Stack Overflow and other relevant platforms
- Build and maintain candidate shortlists and databases
- Pre-screen profiles based on job requirements and role fit
- Work closely with recruiters and provide regular updates
- Stay up to date with market trends, tools, and sourcing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced search strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing tools and features
- Intermediate+ English level
