We’re looking for a proactive Researcher / Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us identify top talent for both technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for potential candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Stack Overflow and other relevant platforms
  • Build and maintain candidate shortlists and databases
  • Pre-screen profiles based on job requirements and role fit
  • Work closely with recruiters and provide regular updates
  • Stay up to date with market trends, tools, and sourcing strategies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced search strategies
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing tools and features
  • Intermediate+ English level
