We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions within agile, distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Proxy Product Owner, collaborating with global Product Owners to understand business needs;
- Work closely with Product Owners to, create, validate, and refine detailed user stories for optimal digital solutions;
- Create and/or verify UAT and functional tests to ensure systems are fit for purpose and behaving E2E as expected;
- Collaborate within one or more agile teams delivering digital services & products;
- Assist Product Owner(s) with stakeholder communication and management.
Bring to the team:
- Excellent external and internal stakeholder management within a cross-functional team;
- Proven experience working in digital product or services development (mobile or web), experience in working as part of agile
- teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a sharp eye for detail;
- Ability to work in a wholistic approach, considering business and technical processes E2E;
- Fluency in business English, strong communicator and team player.
