We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex products and platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the product delivery lifecycle from planning through release and post-launch;
- Coordinate Founders, BA, Engineering, Design, QA, and other stakeholders;
- Manage delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and retrospectives;
- Track delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, and burn-down/burn-up;
- Identify bottlenecks and improve delivery processes and predictability;
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes;
- Facilitate demos and support decision-making with relevant data and insights.
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, or similar technology/product roles;
- Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile frameworks;
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex products or platforms;
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and business functions;
- Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and blockers;
- Experience using delivery metrics to improve performance and predictability;
- Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including dashboards and reporting;
- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices;
- Experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment;
- English B2+ for daily communication and documentation.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or SaaS;
- Experience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams or product streams.
