We are looking for Middle Full-Stack Developer (Node.js+Python+React) to join our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
Backend:
- API & Integration Skills: Strong knowledge of RESTful API development, third-party integrations, and various communication protocols;
- Node.js (5+ years of commercial experience)
- NestJS, TypeScript (production experience);
- Solid understanding of the event loop, streams, and async patterns in Node;
- ORM / query builders: TypeORM, MicroORM, or Knex
- BullMQ or similar task queue: background task design, retries, idempotency;
- MySQL/PostgreSQL (database design, query optimization, migrations);
- Message queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
- Caching: Redis or similar;
- WebSockets, real-time event delivery;
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Frontend :
- Understanding of component composition and reusability.
- TypeScript (production experience);
- React Hooks (custom hooks experience);
- State Management: Redux/RTK;
- Data Fetching: Redux-Toolkit / RTK-Query;
- Reuse of shared logic and state between web and mobile (custom hooks, shared types);
- Web
- React.js (1.5+ years of commercial experience);
- Routing: React Router (nested routes, route guards, lazy loading);
- Responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility;
- Build tooling: Vite or Webpack (bundling, code splitting, environment configuration);
- Styling: SASS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar;
- Mobile (ReactNative)
- React Native (1.5+ years of commercial experience), cross-platform development for iOS and Android;
- Navigation: React Navigation (stack/tab/drawer, deep linking);
- Integration with native modules and third-party native dependencies; understanding of the bridge / JSI and when native code is required;
- Platform APIs: push notifications, permissions, geolocation, camera, file storage;
- Performance optimization: list virtualization, re-render control, memory and startup time;
- Build and release process: code signing, App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
- Debugging on real devices and emulators (React Native DevTools, native logs).
General:
- Version Control: Proficient with Git (branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, code reviews);
- Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library);
- API Documentation: Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI or similar;
- Problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack;
- Intermediate+ English level (B2), with the capability to discuss and collaborate effectively with global teams.
Nice to Have:
- CI/CD: Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins);
- Elasticsearch / OpenSearch (search, aggregations);
- Vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector) and embedding/RAG pipelines;
- Docker & containerization experience;
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
