We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of internal delivery and administrative processes. This role is responsible for operational reporting, time and project audits, onboarding coordination, system and documentation maintenance, and ensuring internal processes remain accurate, efficient, and well-structured.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or team support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring operational tasks accurately
  • Experience with time tracking, reporting, audits, and process documentation
  • Confidence working with internal systems, project management tools, and shared file environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Jira, documentation tools, and Google Drive environments
