Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Shopify-based e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with a distributed team to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide accurate project estimates and work towards meeting those timelines.
- Develop both front-end and back-end features and functionalities.
- Optimize existing Shopify stores for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in Shopify development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Shopify's templating language.
- Strong back-end development skills with experience in Shopify's API, custom app development, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver work according to those estimates.
- Collaboration skills, with experience working in a distributed team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
