We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help manage and support a group of websites. This role sits between support, delivery, and QA. You will work closely with developers and client teams, handle support requests, and go beyond answering questions by investigating issues, reproducing them, and applying fixes or improvements when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support requests (email).
  • Handle service requests and basic technical tasks, including content updates and reorganization, menu and navigation changes, and image or text updates.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues to understand why something is not working as expected.
  • Test and validate website changes and fixes.
  • Communicate with the client team in written English (email and chat).
  • Document recurring requests, fixes, and workflows.
Required skills/experience:
  • Experience in website support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience updating or maintaining websites or CMS platforms.
  • Experience testing websites.
  • Written English skills (clear and structured).
  • Ability to investigate and reproduce issues.
Nice to have:
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve quality and workflow.
