We are looking for an EDI Developer to develop and support our integration workflows using the Cleo platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in EDI development, Cleo (or similar) tools, and working with supply chain, logistics, or financial data formats. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI workflows with internal systems and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain EDI integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other Cleo tools
- Configure EDI mappings, transformation rules, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, etc.)
- Support onboarding and maintenance of trading partners
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data or mapping issues
- Document processes, configurations, and updates to integrations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in EDI development or integration support
- Hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other Cleo products
- Solid understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON)
- Familiarity with supply chain, finance, or logistics data formats
- Experience with communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ERP systems or APIs (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Shell)
- Knowledge of data mapping tools and middleware
